Credentialing is done on line by CredentialSmart Please review the Instructions and Tips links for details. Use of the Attestation form is explained in the instructions. Before starting you will need to gather copies of your Diplomas, Licenses and Certificates' that apply to your specific situation and position as indicated in the instructions.
