Timekeeping & Payroll

The NDMS ITAS Timesheet

To download the latest copy right click on the word "Timesheet" Then use save target as or similar instructions to place the time sheet in a directory on your computer.

This is an excel database with the entire year in it.  Make sure the information is correct.
Team Name AK-1
Pay Period: Use drop down list
Start date: Automatic
Timekeeper: Fredrick G. May
Employee Name: Your Name
SSN Last Four: The last four digits of your social security number.

There are 4 categories under Payroll Reconciliation, all hours must be accounted for by category with a short justification.  If you do not know the category ask the person that authorized you to receive the paid time.

Print and sign then e-mail to the AO and CO.
AO@ak1dmat.com and mrodriguak@yahoo.com.

The timesheet must be turned in by 1700 on the 2nd Wednesday of the time period or your pay will be delayed one or more cycles.

If you can not use excel click Here for a blank timesheet in PDF format

Please do not anticipate hours for the last Wednesday - Saturday unless you absolutely must.  If you do not work those hours the collection process to repay the government is not very user friendly for you or the AO.  If you do not have pay due when the correction hits the system there will be collections actions.  Better to amend the next pay cycle with the hours not previously claimed.

Routine training meetings, equipment maintenance and most other local activity is not paid time for us.  There or only a limited number of paid hours for specific tasks.  All paid hours MUST be approved by the Team Commander, Deputy Commander or Administrative Officer prior to starting the ctivity
