Incident Command Training

Training in incident command is required to deploy.

The following courses must be completed and are hyperlinked to the appropriate FEMA training site.

Important Please send a copy of the certificates to the following E-Mail address to insure your DMAT Training records are up  to date.

You will receive an E-Mail from independant.study@dhs.gov containing a link to your certificate.  If you keep this link you will be able to reprint your certificate in the future.  The link will open a PDF file that you can save and forward as an attachment to ICSCERTS@AK1DMAT.COM.  If you are unable to do this please bring in a copy to the next meeting.

IS-1900 NDMS Federal Coordinating Center Operations Course

The following site will take you to the FEMA independent study site.  They have additional courses that may be of interest.  Additionally, you can learn about receiving college credit for completing some of the training.  There is a cost of $60 per SH for college credit as of 9/23/07.  There is no charge if you do not require college credit. College credit for these courses is not required for DMAT
